All of our roll off dumpsters come with a standard 14-day rental period but San Antonio Dumpster Deals does not automatically come out to your location after two weeks. Whether you finish your waste removal project early or need some extra time, contact us and we will be back out to your location promptly to pick up the rental.
Take the time to fill out the form below or call us directly to have your dumpster rental taken from your location. Both of these methods will produce similar results and it only matters on which you prefer. Please consider that the telephone option is only available during normal business hours but you can leave us a message. Whichever method you choose, if it is received before 12 pm EST then it is likely that we can get back out to your location the next business day. If it is received after 12pm we will do our best to provide the same service but it is probable that it will take two business days. Requesting a pick up on a weekend will result in a hauler arriving the following Tuesday.
San Antonio Dumpster Deals does not provide any same day service and does not operate on the weekends. All of our pickups are conducted Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5pm. If you are concerned about when we will be back out to your location, plan ahead of time and there should be no problems.
At the start of each business day, we allow our haulers to create a schedule of pick-ups based on fuel efficiency. This is obviously saves money but is a method to reduce negative emissions into our atmosphere. This approach provides a great deal of benefits but does not allow us to have an exact time that the hauler will arrive at your location. Although, as the day progresses we will be able to give you an accurate indication of when you should expect them. Please keep in mind that San Antonio Dumpster Deals has a strict no cell phone policy with our haulers. So if we attempt to contact them regarding their status, it may take some time for them to get back to us.
When it become time for your roll off dumpster to be picked up, there are something you can do to ensure it is swift and successful. Regardless of when you think the hauler will arrive, keep your location free of any thing that may hinder the pick up all day. We are dealing with heavy machinery and taking out any external factors will only increase our safety. Be certain that both the pathway to and above the dumpster is also clear of any objects. If we are unable to pick up the dumpster for any reason then a trip free will be applied.
